Ruth Stout: "I love spring anywhere, but if I could choose, I would always greet it in a garden." (or a greenhouse)

Even though it doesn't feel like Spring outside, in the greenhouse Spring has Sprung!  We have the teensy weensy baby beginnings of snow peas, green beans, and cucumbers!  The tomatoes have flowered, and the greens are lush!

We're growing!

We're growing all manner of lettuces, spinach, kale, chard, tomatoes, peppers, beans, peas, carrots, green onions, radishes, and beets!  The greenhouse rocks!  We're also growing to include new families.  If you or someone you know is interested in locally grown, nutritious, delicious, whole foods, click on the Contact Us button, and set up a time to come out to the farm to see it with your own eyes!  And maybe even have a fresh salad of baby greens and spring peas.  Ahh, spring.

What's New On The Farm

The worms have arrived!

We've employed 12,000 red wiggler worms from Starr Valley Farms in Ann Arbor to help our raised beds and media beds thrive.

The raised beds have sprouted, there are tomatoes planted in the media beds and lettuce abounds!

Much is happening at the farm these days!
